Yiğiter Yelkovan
Yiğiter Yelkovan, graduated from Ankara University, Computer Engineering Department at 2015 July. In addition he has a diploma for Business Administration of Management in Anadolu University(Open Education Faculty), since 2014 Jun. He knows JavaSE&JavaEE, C#, C&C++, HTML, PHP etc. and love coding. He was a professional athlete, his Personel Bests(PB's) are 100m 11.23, 200m 23.68 and 400m 51.90.
Together with, Yiğiter has leadership spirit. He is a founder of Ankara University Computer Society in 2011 and he was a president of this society approximately 2 years. Also he was a Student Representative of Computer Engineering Department. During his university life, he managed lots of seminars, workshops, hackathons, tours, sport tournaments etc. He managed Turkey's largest students congress - BİLMÖK- in 6-7-8 March 2015, found approximately 20.000 TRY(~10.000 USD) sponsorship budget and use them effectively. For this event he contacted to Richard Stallman(aka. RMS) -one of the most known hackers in the world- and RMS gave a speech about GNU/Linux and Free Software Movement on this congress in Ankara.

2010-2015With Foreign Language Education in 2010-2011, he graduated this department in July 2015 -at an opporture time. He was socialness during his education on Ankara University. He found Ankara University Computer Society with his friends, took active role in founding Chamber of Computer Engineers, managed lots organizations like as BİLMÖK , did sport professionally on his educational life.
His graduation thesis about making Android App which has AI and it can be predict the result of the sport games results.
He attanded this department while studying computer enginnering department. For this reason it have to be an open education faculty. He has a leadership spirit and management skills, so he wanted to study about this department. With computer engineering department and sport events, some courses and exams overlap each other so his grade-point average(GPA) is not too much :(

2006-2010Yiğiter was intelligence student on his early education life. He grduated from Isparta Süleyman Demirel Science High School.
He was attended to the Kütahya Nafi Güral Science High School firstly -and he studied there 1.5 years. But because of his parents jobs, he have to change his school.
Due to same reason, previous years he studied different schools . They are Kütahya, Turgutlu/Manisa and Eskişehir.

2016 Feb - ...He is developing Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu(SGK-Social Security Institution) İşveren Sistemi (Employer Software System). Previous system was been coded COBOL Programming Language. New version was being coded on JavaEE, Primefaces and Struts2 Frameworks.
System was being converted COBOL to JAVA and if exist, rearrenged algorithm, developed some functions etc.
He must be do two required summer internship because of university and last one is the software engineering intern in BTK. BTK is a govermental instution which has an authority on Information & Communication Technologies. On there he made PDF Searching Program on JavaSE(after convert it JavaEE as a JSF using Primefaces). This program allows to user to find any word (and number of this words, which pages has it, and it can open them as a PDF) in PDF file and/or folder which has .pdf documents.
In addition he researched Electronic Document Management System(EDMS -Turkish EBYS), e-Government Applications and e-Signature.

Radio and Television Supreme Council, ANKARA (RTÜK -Turkish)
2013 SummerHis first engineering intern was computer or system internship in Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK). RTÜK is a public authority like BTK, on radios and TVs broadcasting sector. It can impose sanctions to publisher only if it published illegal broadcast.
For this reason, RTÜK has a large database storage for storing these broadcasts and has big bandwith to transfer them to watching experts. This system called SKAAS and it was created by TÜBİTAK. Yiğiter can chance examine this technology and made report of SKAAS during his internship.
He has been developing lots of program since his university life. He love Java programming language so he is interested JavaEE and Android development. He has some Android apps on Google Play Store and which one reached 30.000 user about 8 months.
With JavaSE, XAMPP and Android, Yiğiter made a project for restaurants and cafes ERP program. This program reviews company's income-outcome, personnels salaries, stocks follow-up and can order by Android devices.

In a university, C, C++, Java, PHP programming languages were learned. Not only doing homeworks, term projects but also freelance experince is developed this skill. Additonaly, knowing Object Oriented Programming logic, it is not matter programming language. Yiğiter made C# projects too.

Wordpress on PHP.
MySQL and phpMyAdmin was used lots of projects. For Android, SQLite was known too. Also he knows DB2 Databases.
Good with designing projects datas as SQL and class+objects as class diagrams. Fluence documentation and clear coding.
He has been using photoshop for 3-4 years. He isn't professional on this but don't need to create a logo, make backgrounds or create 3D objects. Android apps were developed different sizes (Phones and Tablets) successfully.

He designed and created mobile apps. Some of these applications were not accessable 3rd people, but some of them are downloadable Google Play Store.
He can use several IDE's on different Operating Systems like as Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, Eclipse Mars, Netbeans etc.
Yiğiter was social when he was studying his school. He was Student Representative, Founder and President of Computer Society, President of Ankara Executive Board of Presidents Club..
He was professional athlete before. He ran for Ankara University in the KoçFest University Sport Games for 3 times Eskişehir-2012, Adana-2013 and Kayseri-2014 at 100m, 200m, 400m and Relay Races.
